Terms and Conditions of all pricing All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes, shipping and handling or other transportation or insurance costs. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipments are F.O.B. Edmonton, uninsured unless requested and paid for by the customer. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and payment must be arranged at time of order. There is a $4.00 minimum handling charge per shipment. Non-warranty returns are assessed a 20% re-stocking fee. All returns must have factory authorization including an RMA number as assigned by Olson Curling. Any items to be returned must have the postage pre-paid and must be accompanied by a letter stating the fault, date of return authorization, RMA number and the name of the factory representative who has authorized the return. The item will be examined to verify the defect. If it is covered by warranty it will be repaired and returned. If not repairable, Olson will replace it with the same model or a substitution of equal or greater value at Olson's discretion.
